When you see this app on your device, it means we’ve set it up so we can quickly log in, take a look at what’s going on, and fix problems — without you needing to describe every click over the phone or wait for an on-site visit.

Why we use it

We chose RustDesk because it’s fast, encrypted end-to-end, and gives you full visibility and control the entire time — you can see everything we do on screen, and you can end the session instantly whenever you want.
